Description
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE PAG BASE OIL FOR ENCLOSED GEARS
TEFLUBE GEARSYNTH PG SERIES represents an advanced line of engineered fluids formulated with polyalkylene glycol (PAG) technology, specifically designed for demanding applications that exceed the limits of mineral oils and traditional synthetic fluids. These fluids boast exceptionally high viscosity indices and are completely wax-free, resulting in remarkably low pour points. Their low coefficients of friction and traction set them apart from other oils, offering superior lubricity. This unique blend of properties ensures reduced operating temperatures across a wide range of industrial applications, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Outstanding fluidity at low temperatures.
- Minimal absorption and viscosity reduction under pressurized hydrocarbon gas conditions.
- Maintains stable viscosity even under high shear stress.
- Prevents the formation of sludge and carbon deposits.
FLUID MAINTENANCE:
Incompatible with mineral and conventional synthetic oils, making it unsuitable for use as a top-up fluid in systems containing standard mineral oils. Designed to work seamlessly with a broad spectrum of seals and elastomers.
APPLICATION:
Ideal for use in the toughest operating conditions across plain and anti-friction bearings, industrial enclosed gears, compressors, drives, anti-wear hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, and pumps. Specialized applications include: demanding plastic calendering operations, high-temperature paper machine bearings, enclosed industrial gears such as spur, bevel, and worm gearing, as well as reciprocating and rotary air compressors. Additionally, these fluids are well-suited for oil-flooded rotary screw compressors handling natural gas, field gathering gas, CO₂, and other process gases utilized in the natural gas industry.
