Description
TEFLUBE POLYMAX MP 460 GREASE is an advanced, high-performance EP grease designed with a cutting-edge organic thickener, premium-quality mineral oil, and a specially engineered additive blend. This unique formulation delivers superior lubrication for bearings and mechanisms operating under extreme conditions, including elevated temperatures, heavy loads, and exposure to water. By eliminating traditional metallic soaps, it offers exceptional resistance to oxidation and prolongs operational life.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Exceptional ability to withstand heavy loads.
- Superior resistance to high temperatures and prolonged heat exposure.
- Outstanding adhesiveness and water resistance under both static and dynamic loads.
- Excellent flow properties across a broad temperature spectrum.
APPLICATIONS:
TEFLUBE POLYMAX MP GREASE is specifically engineered to perform under challenging operating conditions commonly found in smelting works and rolling mills. It excels in high-temperature lubrication applications, particularly in centralized lubrication systems, such as drive rollers in continuous casting installations (slabs and billets) and conveyor rollers in continuous furnaces. This grease is ideal for use in steel continuous casting bearings, annealing furnaces, drying stoves, and other demanding environments. Its versatility extends to bearings in industries like automotive, cardboard, foundry, beverage, glass, and ceramics.
Operating temperature: Up to 200 °C in plain bearings and up to 220 °C in centralized lubrication systems..
