Description
HEAVY DUTY NON-MELTING GREASE FOR STRINGENT APPLICATIONS
TEFLUBE MAX INO 460M is a high-performance industrial grease formulated with an inorganic thickener system and premium-grade mineral base oil, specially engineered for extreme-duty environments. Reinforced with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS₂), this grease is purpose-built to withstand heavy shock loads, slow-speed sliding, and high-temperature working conditions where conventional greases surrender. The non-soap thickener ensures excellent resistance to oxidation, thermal degradation, and water washout, while MoS₂ offers a solid lubricating shield when fluid film breaks down. It’s a go-to lubricant for steel-on-steel contact, shock-loaded pins, sliding surfaces, and rugged terrain operations.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Solid Load Armor: MoS₂ forms a durable protective film under boundary conditions.
- High-Temp Defender: Withstands elevated temperatures without breakdown or bleed.
- Water-Repelling Toughness: Inorganic thickener resists water washout and humidity intrusion.
- Extreme Pressure Warrior: Built for brutal, high-load, metal-on-metal grinding.
- Stick & Stay Formula: Excellent adhesion to critical surfaces—no sling-off, no loss.
- Non-Soap Stability: Superior structural integrity under thermal cycling and mechanical stress.
APPLICATIONS:
TEFLUBE MAX INO 460M s built for equipment that doesn’t get a break—applications with slow-speed motion, heavy friction, and massive force. Ideal for:
