TEFLUBE SYNTEF 462 EST is a premium, high-temperature PTFE-based grease with a smooth, white, butter-like texture. Designed for exceptional performance, it boasts outstanding resistance to oxidation, harsh chemicals, and heavy loads. Formulated with a robust inorganic thickener and advanced additives, it delivers superior durability against extreme conditions, including exposure to hot or cold water, steam, fuels, acids, alkalis, as well as non-fluorinated and chlorinated solvents.

APPLICATIONS:

Its versatility makes it suitable for various demanding applications, such as roller bearings in furnace wagon wheels, thermally stable ball bearings in clip chains, chain bearings in drying systems, stenter chain bearings, and vacuum pump units. It is also highly effective for handling and pumping alkalis, acids, petroleum products, fuels, oils, solvents, oven lubrication, and processes like polymerization in glass manufacturing, textile and plastic film production, operations at nuclear facilities, and the production of corrugated boxes.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE: –12 °C to 220 °C continuous operating & 250 °C short peak operating temperature.
